Banana Bread Overnight Oats Recipe

This delicious banana bread overnight oats recipe will give you a nutritious boost for breakfast — or any meal of the day! Quick, easy and tasty!

Equipment and Utensils
16-ounce mason jar
½ cup dry measuring cup
Fork and spoon
Tablespoon and ½ teaspoon

1 ripe medium-sized banana
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup water or dairy-free milk
1 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
½ tsp. ground cinnamon


  1. Peel banana and place into mason jar. Mash the banana with fork.
  2. Add ½ cup of rolled oats and ¾ cup water to the jar.
  3. Add maple syrup, nuts, and cinnamon to the oatmeal.
  4. Seal container and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. The next day, remove jar from the refrigerator and mix ingredients with a spoon.
  6. Enjoy the oats cold, or warm oats on a stove-top or using a microwave oven.
