Ingredients
¼ cup chia seeds
2 cups nondairy milk
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. maple syrup
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix chia seeds and nondairy milk.
- Cover and put in the fridge for at least two hours.
- After allowing the pudding to sit for at least two hours, stir well.
- Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves, vanilla, and maple syrup. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
