This pumpkin spice chia pudding recipe makes a great fall treat! Full of omega-3 fatty acids, this delicious pudding is healthy and filling.

Equipment and Utensils
Medium-sized bowl
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
Can opener

¼ cup chia seeds
2 cups nondairy milk
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. maple syrup


  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix chia seeds and nondairy milk.
  2. Cover and put in the fridge for at least two hours.
  3. After allowing the pudding to sit for at least two hours, stir well.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves, vanilla, and maple syrup. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
