Simple vegan queso recipe! Enough said!

This cheesy concoction is a great dip and a fantastic topping. I have used this vegan queso to make nachos, mac, and cheese, and it is a great way to spice up a plain ol’ bowl of beans and rice. Vegan queso is a staple in my household. 

Try this simple vegan queso recipe wrapped up in a tortilla with tofu breakfast scramble. This cheesy breakfast burrito is my favorite way to start the day.

Serving size: ¼ cup
