
This healthy and delicious vegan cookie dough dip recipe goes great with apple slices and makes a great breakfast or snack! Who said healthy can’t taste good?

Ingredients
¼ cup maple syrup
1 can white kidney beans
1 can great northern beans
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. chocolate cocoa
2 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup dairy-free milk
2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
2 tbsp. coconut flour
Optional: Apples (for dipping)
Directions
- Drain and rinse kidney beans and great northern beans.
- Add all ingredients (except apples) to a food processor. Mix until very smooth.
- Recommend serving as a dip with apple slices.
