This vegan ranch dressing recipe is an excellent addition to just about any dish! This tasty and healthy dip is great with veggies and, our favorite, pizza. We never eat pizza without it!

Total time: about 5 minutes

Serving size: 2 tablespoons

Number of servings: about 8

Equipment and Utensils
Measuring cup
Measuring spoons
Blender
Serving spoon

Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
½ cup plain nondairy milk
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. The dressing is excellent on a salad, tossed with veggies, as a topping, or used as a dip.
